An important part of my spiritual coaching approach is to develop a daily spiritual practice that fits you and your life. It should be your very personal anchor in good, but especially in challenging life situations, so that you can always find the connection to your inner voice, your intuition and your higher self. After all, you already have all the answers to your questions within you. Yoga and coaching can help you to recognize these answers more clearly and to create your life from the inside out.

About me

Why Soul Solutions? Because I have experienced what it is like not to live in harmony with my own soul path. For a long time, I was living a life determined by external influences instead of listening to my inner voice.

This "outside" life brought with it destructive behavior patterns - I often felt overwhelmed by my own thoughts and emotions and didn't know how to deal with them. The result? A sense of futility, a very unhealthy lifestyle, chronic muscle and nerve pain, and a loss of contact with my inner world and a higher power that sustains us all.

Soul Solutions was born out of my own journey back to myself - back to living in harmony with my body, mind and soul. Today, as a trained yoga teacher and life coach, I can share my experiences and tools to help you recognize and walk your soul's path and regain access to your inner power.

A healthy diet and a mindful lifestyle are closely related to the essence of yoga, as they promote the connection between body, mind and soul. Yoga teaches us to be in harmony with our inner nature and the rhythms of life. A nutritious, vibrant diet gives our body the energy it needs to allow life energy, or prana, to flow freely. A conscious lifestyle characterized of balance, aloneness, connection and gratitude enhances the spiritual experiences that arise through yoga. Together they create a sacred space in where healing, growth and inner peace can flourish.

The asanas (postures) in yoga are much more than physical exercises - they are a sacred doorway to our inner world. Each posture opens us up to the wisdom of the body and the subtle language of the soul. By combining movement and breath, we can enter a space of stillness where we can explore deeper levels of our being. Asanas help to release energetic blockages and allow the life energy, the prana, to flow more freely. They invite us to let go of old patterns, to return to our essence, and to develop personally and spiritually on a higher level.

I currently live in Bali, a place full of inspiration and spiritual depth, where I work as a yoga teacher and have the opportunity to support so many beautiful souls in reconnecting with their essence.
